Just had to give a shout out to this place for their excellent service. I was given a list of Certifix Livescan locations. The first two places I called quoted me prices but were not willing to give me an exact quote for the service I needed. When I called Mail Shipping Etc, Tatiana gave me an exact quote, and said they did those all the time. She knew exactly what I needed and was confident and personable!

By the way, she also quoted me the lowest price compared to the others that I called. Of course, I went there to get my Live Scan. Consistent with her phone manners, both Tatiana and Monica were helpful, friendly and professional. After I got my finger scanned, while we were wrapping up the transaction, before I can finish my sentence to request an additional copy of the receipt of the Request for Live Scan Service, Tatiana handed me two copies of the form. She said you shouldn’t need it, but just in case. That is a representation of how helpful and thoughtful they were throughout the whole process.

I will be going here for all my live scan needs and shipping needs. They are the best! Highly recommended.

They went above and beyond to help us get some important documents delivered to Costa Rica. Unfortunately Costa Rica doesn't have normal addresses and it's very hard to get anything delivered. It cost over $100. to send an envelope by DHL. Tracking in the US was great and our documents were flown to the capital, San Jose overnight. DHL Costa Rica emailed that they needed more information but are closed for the weekend. Finally on Monday I called San Jose and they said they needed the Canton and District for the address. I had no clue but it took ChatGPT a second to figure it out. When I submitted that info DHL said that they don't deliver there, even though it is a business on a main highway. Said they would deliver it to a store with very limited hours about 20 minutes away for pickup.
Mail Shipping Etc took the situation seriously. They tried to help change the address after I tried and tracking showed "exception on hold". After several calls to San Jose in a couple of days I figured out that the DHL Costa Rica tracking wasn't updating and they were not sending promised notices. Anyway 5 stars for Mail Shipping Etc. because they have our back and it was a happy ending. The envelope did make it on time.

The service at this location was excellent. They were very busy at this location but since I was patient with them they were even more patient with me and my elderly mother sending packages to West Africa.
Tatiana and Josh were absolutely wonderful and they went above and beyond and did it with a smile which is very hard during this pandemic. I will be doing all my shipping and using services at this location.

This is the worst experience with a shipping company and I will definitely not return. Even if the hours posted are incorrect as they stated, when a customer tells you they drove 30 mins to come to you and arrived at the same time you were closing, the courteous and customer friendly way of doing business would be to take that customer. Google shows they close at 6pm, we arrived at 5:28pm, the lady at the counter was busy socializing with another customer and then looked over once realizing we were there and immediately told us shes closed and had already shut down her DHL system which is why we drove out of our way to get service. Seriously rude and unprofessional to say the least. I will definitely not return, there are many other shipping agencies around to have to deal with this kind of behavior.

Efficient, kind, friendly and really cares that your package gets to its proper destination as quickly as possible! When you're sending internationally this is what really counts. I totally trust them with my packages. Tatiana is the best, you can count on her 100%.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Would give 0 star if I could. The managing lady was racist. She has a stinky attitude toward Asian customer. She treats my older Asian dad like a child because of his broken english. Lady, he owns a multi million dollar company in his home country while you probably live paycheck to paycheck. She’s also abusive to the other staff (who seem to be new), she yelled at her at least 3 times in my short, unpleasant, 15 minutes visit. Can’t take finger print because “dry working class hand” and charge for a pump of lotion (!!!).

Rude over all, wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
