The first order was a 5 star. The lettering was the correct size, depth, with the same color shown on the website, good weight at 6 gm, and the edges were cleanly cut. The second is a one star. The wristbands are so cheap looking, with smaller lettering with little depth, lighter color, weighing less at 5 gm, and the edges are rough. I requested proofs from both orders and they were identical. Customer service was responsive, but doesn't care if the quality is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. Cannot recommend and they have lost my trust.
Update: They quickly contacted me a second time thru their website and made the same excuse. So anyone who places an order on this website cannot trust that they will get a quality product, only that the size and lettering will be correct. This is a quality control issue. Buyer beware.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but I am beyond disappointed with my experience using this company. Our company was ordering a variety of trucker hats that we wanted embroidered and some t-shirts.
The entire situation was the most convoluted back and forth I've ever dealt with. We ended up having to have our hat designs printed instead because the company kept telling us our designs were "too detailed". I even asked their own support how I could simplify the designs to their liking. I sent them screenshots and told them to circle and comment on what I need to fix. They did and I made the changes. After uploading the new files, I was told they were STILL too detailed and we could not have them embroidered. I got so many varying answers as to why we couldn't have the design we wanted from too detailed, to too many colors, to design quality. I was told they could only embroider 2 colors, however on their site for the SAME HAT, they have a logo with 3 different colors and at the bottom of the page it says they can do up to 12 different stitch colors. All our designs were simple and had no more that 4 colors.
Also on their site, they have a hat embroidered with a design that is super detailed and meticulous, way more than anything I sent over. If you don't want to/can't embroider "detailed" designs, then don't show detailed designs. (I've attached pictures of the 3 color hat and intricate design they show on their site)
This whole back and forth lasted 4-5 days and it was full of unclear and contradictory answers.
We received the shirts today and the print quality is far less than what I expected. On the shirt, we have an image of a man and on the shirt he looks bald because of the print quality of his hair.
It's so bad.
Our event is in 3 days, so we're pretty much out of luck. Next time, save your headache and time, pay a little more and find another company. All this trouble was NOT worth the money we saved.

This company is actually Imprint. 24hourwristbands is just another website for Imprint.

I spend about 30 hours making up a design for a coffee mug for my friend's business. I submitted the design and got "proofs". It took three iterations of proofs to get it to look like the way I designed it because it was being altered by their production department.

I ordered a single mug as a sample before I submitted my full order. What I got was an altered design. And, this company only wants to flip me a couple of bucks instead of working with me to make it right. This is a bad business practice and poor customer service.

I was not offered a redo, I was only quoted the company line that states, "A proof enables you to preview and approve a product, but it will not depict the final product exactly, as it is merely a computer-generated image. A proof is an approximate preview and does not guarantee an exact match."

I printed out my design and wrapped it around the mug that I was sent. See the pictures. You can see what was printed on the mug under the paper in the first two pictures. In the other pictures, I've folded the paper to show that the graphics were altered.

Whomever owns and runs the company has no concept of good customer service. A "too bad so sad" attitude towards customers is just shameful. Making things right helps retain customers. This attitude drives them away.

My order arrived and everything looks great! Price was even better compared to local print shops. Shipping too a little longer than expected but I chose the cheapest available due to having plenty of time and not in a rush.

Process to get started was very easy and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The product they produced for my custom koozies were awesome! The product pricing was fair to me and the koozies are great quality. I will definitely use them again to market my business!!

I guess you get what you pay for. Horrible quality.
I ordered 100 of these can koozies. They came with this horrible yellow discoloration on part of the inside. When I contacted them, they claimed they don’t guarantee what color would be on the inside, but this is clearly faded/damaged, not a different color.
They offered a small discount, but refused to reprint or refund.
I’m very disappointed and am now stuck with 100 useless koozies I can’t use.
Do not use them!

Ordered temporary tattoos from this site and I couldn’t be more disappointed. They’re super cheap so I expected tattoos that would only last a few days, but I didn’t expect them to be problematic from the start.

I ordered a batch a batch of custom tattoos for my wedding with the intention of tattooing all of the guests. I was excited when they came in because they look great. I tried one on that night before bed and immediately noticed that the tattoo was unusually sticky after applying it. I have three daughters, so I’m no stranger to temporary tattoos, but I’ve never had any that remain sticky like this after applying them. Within an hour the tattoo already started getting dirty and cracking (photo 1). The next morning I went to work and noticed it was a crackly dirty mess (photo 2).

I tried contacting customer service to see if I could pay more for a better quality version. Their reply was to point out that i accepted an agreement for the product and the best they can do is refund 20% of the purchase price. I don’t want a fraction of the costs back. I want a quality product I can use at my wedding. Don’t waste your time here. Spend a bit more and go with a company that isn’t going to rip you off.
