Der Wechsel von unserem bisherigen WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) zu unserem neuen Anbieter war zu Beginn recht kompliziert und brachte immer wieder unerwartete Hürden mit sich. Insbesondere Herr Korajkic konnte uns jedoch wirksam unterstützen und half uns dabei, diese Hindernisse zu überwinden. Sein Engagement war sehr hilfreich und wir sind dankbar für seine Geduld und sein Fachwissen.

I am a NOW Vistos customer and I would like to report my dissatisfaction with the service and the lack of agility in the support provided by these companies.

The disregard for customers and the inability to differentiate simple cases from situations that require urgency and priority are unacceptable.

Today, March 6, 2025, I have been without my main communication tool, WhatsApp, since March 3, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. The problem involves the DIGISAC (IKATEC) platform, which is unable to resolve the issue and claims that the responsibility lies with 360 and Meta. In turn, 360 claims that there is no problem or transfers the blame to Meta, which simply ignores the customer, prolonging the resolution without any consideration.

This situation is not isolated. Every week I face connection difficulties and waste hours trying to solve problems that are never actually resolved. Meanwhile, the companies involved simply disclaim responsibility and blame each other.

In just three days, my estimated loss has already exceeded R$60,000 (around US$10,000), with no concrete solution.

I ask: will any of these companies compensate me for this loss spontaneously and fairly? Hardly. Apparently, the solution will have to be sought elsewhere.

My company supports more than 40 families and the impact of this negligence could affect hundreds of people on payday. It is unacceptable that three companies that should offer an efficient and reliable service act with such irresponsibility and disregard for the customer.

I demand an immediate solution.

We use 360 Dialog's platform to work and we've been facing serious problems. The service hasn't been working for two days now and we're recieving a lot of complaints form our clients. Unecessary complaints. We're from Brazil and the partnership company that we use is Digisac. We can't send messages, sometimes we can't recieve messages and Digisac always says that the problem is with 360. We're very upset 'cause we're losing money, losing clients and we're tired to talk to Digisac's support a lot os days per week. They always say the problem will be solved and it just doesn't happens! If the service starts to work, is last like 3 ou 4 hours and there we are again, without service, not recieving messages.
