Very misleading and deceptive practices. They promise you a "free review" of your website. They then ask all your personal info. Sure, why not since they give a free review. But at the end, they email you "you're not a good fit". So they get your info for free and don't bother giving you what they promised. Don't fall for it guys. When these guys don't smell enough money (even though they can be wrong), they don't fulfill their promise, which is bad marketing practice. Don't promise a free review if you don't deliver.

Dec. 11th 2024 update: After my review, I was sent the free study of our website. I feel that it was sent to make it up to me considering I've reviewed. But still they did it. So I'm raising from 1 star to 3 stars, because I still think if you promise a free website review, it should be done either. This is a constructive feedback, hopefully it will help improve your service.

We worked with Exposure Ninja for over a year and a half, and unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. After discovering that they had incorrectly applied settings on our Meta account, which blocked our most profitable campaign from being served to our target customers for months — a campaign that drove over 30% of our revenue in the previous year — we were devastated. This error resulted in the loss of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Despite bringing this critical issue to their attention, they only offered a months worth of free management, which was then abruptly ended by their COO not even a week in with them stating they were ending the business relationship after we had pressed the issue stating that we needed to see them do more to make up for this massive oversight. Needless to say, we expected a higher level of professionalism and responsibility, especially given the significant impact on our business. We cannot recommend their services based on our experience.
