Very rarely do people actually write reviews when things go well; here's one of them.

Very friendly staff both on the phone setting this up, and in person last night. Also good digital followup and instructions via both text an email. (i chose mms notify btw)

The office is nice and clean, they provided some drinks and snax, and the leader Henry was keenly aware of our time; and made sure to start on time and end on time and did a fantastic job of moving things along.

So, A+. I would recommend, and look forward to doing another one.

I always get a first class experience eveytime I participate in a focus group with their organization. Lauryn, Courtney, Gisselle and their coworkers are very thorough, detailed and efficient in every aspect of the process. I just finished a focus group on Healthcare, and it was very beneficial and enlightening.

I participated in the Lafayette Louisiana group on March 6th. The event was organized and began and ended on time which is very important for people after a long day work. Instructions were given in a clear way and everything went smoothly. Due to the professionalism of the people in charge, I would definitely participate again. One way that might improve the process is to not get quite so many phone calls, emails and texts regarding attendance. I'm not sure what the total number was of all the correspondence, but I know it was probably more than 10 individual contacts. I feel like a confirmation once chosen to participate, and then a follow-up email and text closer to the date of the event, might be sufficient for those who respond. If others do not respond, then perhaps additional means of correspondence might be needed to determine whether or not they will attend the event they signed up to participate in.

Went to do a focus group in Lake Charles Louisiana and was very glad I did! It was very interesting and actually fun! Shout out to the people who held this. They were very kind , professional and knowledgeable. Very fine group of people ! This was my first time being picked and hoping for the opportunity to be called again. The research session was very well run and professional. Not only did I give my opinion, but I learned a lot about the ways to remove carbon from the atmosphere. The session started and ended on time. The research team supplied us with dinner.
