Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Autobahn 75 und ist in einem guten Zustand (6 jährig /2016). Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es hat einen Pool. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht überragend. Bei den Früchten gab es nur grüne Melonen und die 2 Waffeleisen waren eher unbrauchbar. Ein Publix (Supermarkt) ist 3 Autominuten entfernt.

Wir haben hier 2x übernachtet auf der Reise von Orlando Richtung Naples.||Der Empfang ist freundlich und schnell.||Die Zimmer mit bequemen Betten sind zweckmässig und sauber.||Die AC ist ziemlich laut direkt neben dem Bett.||Am Morgen wird ein amerikanisches Frühstück angeboten.

I have visited Venice twice before and always have been satisfied with this Marriott property. This trip I was able to use points to offset the cost for my 3 night stay. I brought my sister to show her the area and she was quite impressed with our accommodations. We were greeted at the front desk by Cindy who had everything ready for our early arrival. She provided us with maps and restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. Restaurants we went to were Pops Sunset Grill, Dockside Waterfront and Sharks, all on the water with great sunset views and excellent food and service. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and the female who put out the food and replenished coffee also told us about the beaches and was very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable. We used the pool and that was also very clean and relaxing. I don’t mind the short drive to downtown, beaches and restaurants as staying on the beach would cost more and probably wouldn’t have a pool and full breakfast and there was plenty of parking at no charge at this location. Some Marriotts charge a daily parking fee of $45. I would highly recommend visiting the area and this Fairfield.

I stayed a week at this hotel, while traveling for business. Check in was easy and fast and the room was clean and comfortable. Although a bit dated. It's conveniently located right off the highway but the driveway is off of a side street, which made getting in/out very easy without having to battle service road traffic. Overall I didn't have any issues and enjoyed my stay here.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel over this past week. When I called the lady who I spoke with was so polite I was taken back after the day I had. When I arrived I met the young lady who assisted me, her name was Marissa. She made every effort to ensure my stay was very satisfactory. The rooms were very well kept and the breakfast the next morning was very enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality by your staff, especially Marissa.

We were displaced from the hurricane and Cindy at the front desk was extremely accommodating and kind. She was pleasant when booking the reservation on the phone and also once we arrived to the hotel. Thank you! Also the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and had a microwave and mini fridge.

After a disastrous night in another hotel, we found this gem of a hotel!!!|We were greeted with a wonderful warm smile from Cindy!! She has an infectious personality!! |We were there 10 nights and everyone we dealt with was kind and upbeat. |Room and beds were comfy.
