I hosted several professional corporate network at this venue, and I can’t recommend it enough! The space had a cool, industrial feel, there was ample room for my bar and catering teams to operate, and a projector setup for a presentation. The space was very large and could easily accommodate a gathering of 100+ individuals.

Honestly what an amazing space. We used it to recreate an arcade bar and it was perfect. Everyone loved it. Also Milad was a huge help and I’m super happy with my experience !

This venue has zero noise control over whatever events they are hosting during the weekend. Recently almost every Friday and/or Saturday they host events with crazy loud music playing with their doors open and guests shouting and yelling on the side walk.

Called the police once and they never showed up. Will look into filing a compliant against this property owner soon.

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this service. I’m so happy I went with this venue to organize my birthday. Everything from the space to the amenities, to the kindness from the owner, I really enjoyed my time in the venue I couldn’t say less. I really recommend a venue like this one, it’s spacious, pretty and has everything that you need.

This space was booked for a family event. The manger had mentioned parking would be easy to find especially during the day when the event had started. That was clearly not the case, every single one of my guest had difficulty looking for parking and spent several minutes searching. They also provide valet service but the manager kept insisting we don’t need it even though there’s been construction on that street for months hence less room for parking. As for projector dont bother, it was subpar and half the screen was cut off. This was a personal family event thrown made up of 80-90 people and the experience was not enjoyable due to the service provided and deceit that was told just so we can book this space.

This place is wonderful , easy and turn key. I’ve worked with SO many venues in Montreal for my events and this has been without a doubt the most stress free experience. Milad is incredibly kind and runs his space respectfully and in turn the community that rents from imagemotion respect the space as if it’s their own. Hands down best bang for your buck in Montreal.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec IMAGEMOTION. J'ai été forcé de trouver une autre salle à 10 jours de mon événement, car je me suis rendue compte, sur Instagram, qu'il y avait une double réservation. J'ai signé le contrat en date du 6 mars 2024 alors que l'autre client a signé le 9 avril 2024. Malgré cela, le propriétaire MILAD a privilégié l'autre client sous prétexte que le montant a perdre pour eux était plus important. Le contrat signé de 2 012,06$ n'a donc pas été respecté. Mon budget n'est pas *très limité* comme il va le prétendre dans sa réponse. Si je n'avais pas pris soin de vérifier, j'aurais eu la surprise le jour de mon événement. Il a proposé soit de m'offrir la salle gratuitement la veille, de m'envoyer un site de réservation de salle ou un remboursement de mon dépôt. J'avais déjà réservé le DJ, la compagnie de décoration, le mixologue, l'animatrice et plus encore pour la date choisie exclusivement. Beaucoup de billets ont également été vendu. Il va probablement dire dans sa réponse qu'il a fait le mieux qu'il peut, mais il a pas perdu de temps pour m'annoncer toutes ses solutions qui n'arrange pas mon problème de salle et qu'il ne voulait pas perdre le cachet de l'autre client qui a réservé APRÈS MOI. C'est très très très décevant et frustrant. Le propriétaire n'a vraiment pas été respectueux à mon égard et il ne respecte pas ses engagements. Un vrai manque de professionnalisme de leur part et la gestion de leur système de réservation est très douteuse.
