I recently had some open house signs made here! Chase helped me finalize my design, communicated effectively, and quickly produced an incredible final product. I’m so happy with the way my signs came out and my entire process with them!

I have had my mail delivered to PostNet for a year now for my home-based business. Very nice not to have to worry about porch pirates! Unlike a PO Box, they will accept US Mail, Fedex, UPS, Amazon, etc. deliveries and hold them till I can pick them up. They recently added a feature to email me when I have a package, which makes it super convenient.

It's such a pleasure doing business with them! They are always friendly and super-helpful.

Highly recommended!

Wow these gals are amazing. I needed to get my passport photo and mail out the docs ASAP. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had another important insurance document to send out. Will come here for my USPS needs as well as UPS from now on!

The staff is wonderful but the owner keeps promising to bring stamps back but doesn’t. Which is fine but charging $1.51 for a printed .64 cent stamps seems odd.

PostNet is hands down some of the best customer service we've experienced. What a great staff! Their team is very responsive, very cordial and understanding with our annual mailing that is pretty sizable. They are familiar with our business and remember our orders from years past. Thanks, PostNet, for helping our business succeed.

Not open on weekends, shorter hours than the UPS or USP offices and surprisingly the staff is less helpful than a government employee.

I have used this place a few times while short on time. Last time I went by to mail a package, I had to wait in a long line (not their fault it was before Christmas). I was returning a small envelope with a pair of shorts. I asked for the lowest cost method to return it ti the place I had ordered it from. The clerk told me $16.58. That was more than the cost of the shorts and shipping combined, I was sure there was a mistake for this tiny envelope. I explained that it would not be worth sending at that cost (since it was more than the refund amount) and if there were any other slower less expensive options. The response was "We have to make a profit no matter how big the package is, you can't mail with us unless we make a good profit". That was enough for me, I went to the local post office and mailed the same package first class for $2.38 with tracking and insurance included and had a nice person help me too.

I'm willing to pay a convenience fee but when it is 7x the cost of the shipping cost to mail it across the US, then something is wrong with their model. Postnet should stand for convenience, but with shorter hours, unhelpful staff and ridiculous rates they are anything but convenient. Will not ever use this place again, they can make all their profit off some other sucker.

I've been a patron of PostNet in Longmont for years now. Started with a mailbox when I was moving around a bit, and their service has made me a loyal customer. No hassles of dealing with post office or figuring out what delivery service to use - we just go there, tell them where something needs to go and when I need it to get there, and they figure it out. Who else calls you to let you know your package has been delivered? I've also turned to them when I have large print jobs I don't want to print at home, or sorting and packaging things I want sent to 20 different places. And when we walk in, they know our name. Highly recommend.
