I wish I could give zero stars, On July 18th, 2023 I engaged Tyler Emory, the owner of Reigh Media to help grow my Instagram account. To my regret, I paid for one year of service in advance.

The service started as expected within a couple of days and for a couple of weeks, everything was going well. About 3 weeks in, I noticed that nobody was performing the expected service any longer.

I waited a few days and notified Tyler that the service appeared to have stopped. I did not receive any response. A week or so later, I notified him again that the service was not being delivered as promised. This time Tyler responded, acknowledging the problem and promised corrective action.

Since then there has been a continual chain of multiple excuses and broken promises to correct the problem. To this day the service was never resumed.

After a couple more months of broken promises and waiting for the issue to be corrected I notified Tyler that I was tired of waiting for a resolution and demanded a full refund. My money still has not been refunded.

Tyler claims he has a "no refund" policy, but that is totally irrelevant. He completely failed to deliver the service I paid for; I barely received 2 weeks of service on a one year agreement.

I expect a full refund of the full amount I paid. Unfortunately this does nothing to compensate me for my wasted time and the wasted months that I should have been building my business's presence with a more reliable service provider.

Tyler has responded in other venues that I recently agreed to let them continue the service, but that is totally false. This company is irreputable and should not be trusted.

This marketing company is a absolute disgrace and fraud! They're supposed free 10 day trial is a scheme. They claim they are "here for you" but never responded to my concerns when I reached out to them. After properly notifying Tyler the CEO via email my decision to discontinue with the trial and services, they had the nerve to still attempt to charge my credit card afterwards. Currently, there are continued postings and activity from my Instagram page that I DID NOT DO! So it leads me to believe this company also specializes in hacking into your system, because I have never experienced this, only until they had access to my account during my trial.
