I do not recommend RocketLevel. Within the last year or so, RocketLevel insisted we update our website as our earlier template was out of date - understandably so. After the brand new website was launched, our book of business was sold to another company. We were provided information that it would be a seamless transition. During the transition, we discovered the new company was switching us to a completely different website that was ugly and outdated. We did not have a need for a catalog type website and RocketLevel REFUSED to work with us and allow us to use our brand new website and move it to a host or company that could handle Word Press websites like they do. I asked for managers to call and not even one response from the management team at RocketLevel. The entire process of moving websites was extremely difficult and tarnished our entire relationship with their company. As a small business owner, save your time, money and effort by avoiding RocketLevel. We look forward to never working with them again.

They hired numerous people for a program that failed and then refused to pay them. By failing to honor their commitment to employees, how can customers trust them with their business? Employees keep the company working, and they let them go with no reason, agreed to pay the next Monday, and never happened. That really keeps you thinking about how honorable the company is.
