I changed my mind. Horrible service. In the end no customer service after all. Managers and owners, no one can help as their current employees can't help at all!!
Also, it is my responsibility as a customer to read the small print therefore my fault?!? Are you kidding me? Then why have employees working if I must know everything myself I was provided with the wrong information. I am pretty sure If it had happened to you then you would have moved oceans and stones to solve the problem issues no vacation no days off as it would be your priority to resolve it. Also, it is not your money. I am and will make sure to tell people about the bad service and information provided. Very kind and nice but ready to turn their back as soon as something goes wrong. So unprofessional.

Mayra is an exceptional woman who made my day so much easier! I came up with 9 prelabled packages and she not only helped get them all, but got them scanned and my receipt back to me without me having to get my two toddlers out of the car! The young woman that helped me was very respectful/polite. Alex made my quick stop to have my package shipped, one that I appreciated. This kind of excellence customer service is what brings back business again & again, like myself in the future. From the wonderful scented and clean store front area and the welcoming greeting you get when you walk in, to the willing and happy service and the “thank you” you will receive when you leave. I leave with that great feeling of having completed one more task for the week and having interacted with aprofessional people who willingly do their job well.
