Friendly, efficient, and multilingual post office staff. It's easy to be intimidated by the long lines at this post office, but it moves very quickly. They do this by asking you to step aside if you're not prepared for your transaction and will call you back to the front once you're ready.

I arrived on a Saturday 5 minutes prior to opening and there were >20 people waiting in front of me. Despite the long line, I was out of the post office <10 minutes after it had opened.

Terrible service from JT. We were head to get a passport, and he was completely rude. Other people in the post office even commented “what is his problem?” JT is a waste of taxpayer dollars. Don’t go here.

I have been a weekly customer here for the past few years.. when I did ever rarely run into a small issue, it happened to always be my fault.. y'all.. maybe the staff here is outstanding at their job! ?

The staff in this post office is not helpful, I had money order that I didn’t use it and I bought from them and I had receipt and my ID , didn’t want to give my money, I went to another post office and got my money without any hard time. They need to hire better people for this post office. Every time I came to this post office people are screaming because staff is not helpful. Hopefully management can do their work better

They were very nice. I came here to pick up a package right before closing on Saturday afternoon and it was really busy but j was able to find parking and get in/out in less than 5 minutes. Hopefully USPS does their job next time and just deliver the package

I just had the worst experience of passport service. I had an appointment for passport application and spent more than an hour there before being helped. The woman who help me was an amateur and wasted so much of my time. She did not know what she’s doing and being rude to me. When l voice my concern I was treated rudely by other employees. If you have a choice please do not come to this location at all cost. I can not wait for the time when we can do everything on line and ne done with usps for good.

Most inefficient service you can imagine. Everyone here is rude and ill tempered depressing atmosphere
