They do not know CBD Marketing like they state they do. Spent over 1500 dollars for 5 email campaigns to send to their “5000 contacts that have purchased CBD before” yet the open rate was less than 1% and the click rate was .01%!!! And ZERO ORDERS

I reached out MULTIPLE times to try to get updates on the campaigns and they kept telling me that “it’s part of the process” I had to find the rates myself, they didn’t send me weekly updates or try to get better %’s

Every time I emailed Erin acted like she could care less, and that her job was done (designing 5 emails!) I didn’t hire them to design emails I could’ve done that myself, I hired them because they told me this was going to work.

I feel so scammed.
