We saw a number of potential homes that we liked that we would have never considered if it wasn’t for Brad and Kelli. They never once made us feel like we needed to hurry up the process. They truly made us feel like they were part of our home buying journey. Hands down if it wasn’t for Brad we would not have gotten our dream home. His negotiation skills and ability to communicate all aspects of a deal got us the house.
As we write this review we were looking back at the home buying experience as a whole and realized how easy Brad and Kelli made everything. If anything needed to get taken care of on any front Brad was already on top of it and making phone calls or sending emails. This extended far beyond just the buying of the home. Brad has an excellent network of professionals that helped make every single aspect easy. From the loan, to getting the house painted, to the inspection process. We have never ever had such a smooth real-estate transaction. Even after the purchase of the home Brad has continued to support us with small house related issues as we noticed them. Every single thing was taken care of in a timely manner from start to finish and without any headache on our part.
We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Brad and Kelli to everyone we know. They are an amazing team to work with. If the term “white glove service” can be applied to a real-estate transaction that is exactly what you’ll get from them. Every single bump along the way will be handled quickly and efficiently.
