I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.

And when the work is done there are positive results.

The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

As we have strategically shifted our marketing focus at South Cypress toward a more commercial B2B audience, we engaged VSA to assist our inside sales team with lead generation initiatives including cold calling and appointment setting for discovery calls. We worked closely with our VSA team to develop scripts and identify the appropriate target companies and contacts. Given that we were refining and iterating on our strategy, we experienced the VSA team very willing to learn and adjust and offer insights into how our messaging was received. We ran our first pilot for 3 months and have been pleased with the results.

We convert opportunities identified by the VSA team into sales for this client. It’s great to see VSA from the “inside,” because we’re working directly with the leads they send our shared client. VSA does a great job uncovering qualified opportunities who are ready for our conversations, are in an sales decision making or key influencer role, and want to learn more! Kudos to the VSA team for their excellent prospecting and lead qualifying skills! Many in this field are not so thorough, and we’d have to wade through tons of unqualified leads. With VSA, our job is much easier and effective.
